Do you think “doing things differently” and Building Back Better as Joe Biden, Justin Trudeau and Boris Johnson all repeat means more government or less?
It doesn’t fit the narrative but the majority of Canadians have not been impacted financially by the pandemic but we know who’s suffered financially and that’s who government aid should target.
There’s no mystery why populist sentiment keeps growing. Does the cancellation of Keystone fuel or diminish the anti-establishment/populist movement? Or do you care…if not, then you’re one of the reasons it’s growing.
Canada’s taken a wide range of actions on climate change. Far more than the US but cancelling Keystone XL was never about emissions – it’s all about politics.
