The disastrous Phoenix pay system was supposed to fix over-payment of $250 million to federal employees – it made it worse – and will now cost almost $1 billion to fix. The kicker? The bonuses paid to the managers overseeing the project.
The difference in Gross Domestic Product per person between totalitarian versus Democratic countries is dramatic. Cuba $450 vs Mexico $3610. Or how about Hungary @ $3550 vs Austria @ $23,510. The list goes on, but the really big surprise is that only 30% of Americans born after 1980 think its essential to live in a Democratic country!!!!

The Federal Government implemented a pay system for $309 Million, $400 million has been spent trying to fix it, as much as another $300 million is going to be needed to repair this system responsible for overpayments of $256 million of dollars. But don’t worry, those responsible for this catastrophe got paid $4,827,913. in performance bonuses!
