Michael gives his opinion on both the Federal Reserve and the Bank of Canada’s recent decisions not to raise rates, and how that is a strong indication that now is not the time to be complacent about your finances. Further, Canada’s natural resources were a powerful reason that Canadians did not experience as strong a downturn as we might have.
