Governments across the world have already decided to take action and they’re serious about it; and yes, that includes China. Their reason behind this decision is quite simple: they are taking action “just in case” climate change is human induced. They are not willing to “roll the dice” when it comes to the survival of humankind. The ball has already started rolling; and that’s very unlikely to change.
