 Have you heard about the retired mechanic who rejected a government proposal to build a set of stairs in a park for $65,000, and instead raised $550 and built them himself. Well he is in as much trouble as the little girl trying to sell lemonade. Update:

Canadians have been gobbling up US Real Estate and are a now 2nd in dollar value to China and number 1 in units. And the gap between the US and Canada on Trade might not be as bad as previously thought and consumers will benefit.

Government BS that all spending is “good for the economy” is coming home to roost at all levels.

Discount Oil at Canada’s Expense

A big portion of the Canadian Electorate has bought onto the idea that Canadian Oil should be sold at a massive discount to American produced oil. President Obama’s killing of the keystone pipeline then he lifting the export ban on US Oil prevented Canadian producers from accessing World Markets and World Prices while getting those prices for record US pipeline Production. Just one of the costs for Canada went up $8 a barrel to ship by rail, in the end costing Canadian Governments important revenue.
