In the States its non-stop Russia interferred with the outcome of their recent election, though proof is hard to come by. Here in Canada there’s no problem with proof that large US environmental groups did influence the outcome in Canada by openly pumping in money. Should foreign money be allowed to influence Canadian Elections?

Trouble is, of the 147 taxpayer sponsored innovation activities it has been discovered that the Government actually has no idea if they are getting any value for the money spent.
