This weeks Shocking Stat concerns the financial earthquake that is the pension shortfalls that are occurring. They will be the biggest driver of the loss in confidence in Government and the biggest catalyst for social unrest. Just listen to these numbers for General Electric!!!! Yikes!

This week McDonalds announced it is going to replace 2500 cashiers with self-ordering kiosks. Last week Amazon’s new “Just Walk Out Technology” eliminates cashiers, sales people, shelf stockers and other low wage jobs. Obviously the future is here now, and if we don’t massively re-think how we educate our children, not many of them are going to be able to get a job. Sadly our educational establishment are ignoring the necessity to change at a time when change is happening faster than any other time in human history. Bottom line, if we don’t change how we educate our children we are inviting social unrest.
