After a 7 year commodity decline, commodities as represented by the CRB Index is market sector that is very sold out & rising from a low point as you can see in the chart below.

Victor points out that money is starting to move into the sold out Commodity sector which relative to stocks is down 75% in the last 7 years to an 18 year low.
