Is anyone really surprised that certain skilled professions that demand longer hours of work are making more money in a knowledge based economy than someone with little or no skills? Cuz we pretend like we are.
Politicians and activists constantly criticize high income earners. Simply those who made a career choice in medicine, computer science, engineering, dentistry, law….. who in addition to getting in demand skills also decided to work well more than 40 hours a week. Mike has a news flash for those who entering and already in the work-force.

The Prime Minister declares that respect for alternative values and views is paramount, while over 1,500 applicants have been rejected for the Summer Jobs Program becaue they don’t sign on to Liberal approved values.
