US money funnelled through Canadian groups is changing the political face of Canada. Tides USA not only brags about the 40 million it spent on more than 100 anti-pipeline groups, but was also the Major contributor behind Vsion Vancouver’s 2008 election victory. But it hardly stops there….

The legalization of Marijuana isn’t all fun & has some serious and expensive downsides. Policing, Prosecution and regulating the industry from production to sales for starters, plus there are more significant costs are that are being glossed over right now that merit serious discussion.

If you are lucky enought to be part of a work-place pension & want to receive the benefits you’ve been promised you had better be pro-business and pro oil & gas because that is what those pensions, even the Public Sector Pensions, are invested in!

Anti-business sentiment, rising taxes & regulations has led Canada into a situation where the level of foreign investment has never been so low, and continues to fall off a cliff. The Conference Board piles on with their survey
