It’s an old story. This week the federal Auditor General, Michael Ferguson said the billion Phoenix pay system debacle was the result of incomprehensible mismanagement. Will they do the same building the Trans Mountain expansion?

Hmm – many of the same people who don’t make a peep when the government put billions into GM and Chrysler – and hundreds of millions in Honda Canada and Ford – to produce cars that create emissions – are now outraged when the government invests billions in a pipeline.
