Under the guise of job protection The Federal Liberals have gone to bat for a company that has a stream of corruption allegations and convictions. SNC Lavalin is already banned by the World Bank from bidding on its projects for 10 years due to the company’s corruption.
Well, yes the blatant interference by the federal Liberals in the SNC Lavalin case is as they say, all about jobs – at least Liberal MPs jobs in Quebec. Hearing the constant “it’s all about jobs” mantra from the Prime Minister must be hard to hear for anyone working in the energy industry in Alberta and BC.

The Prime Minister says the SNC Lavalin scandal is really all about jobs – because the federal government is all about “jobs.” I don’t like the government’s chance of selling that to workers in the oil industry, real estate or pipeline construction.
