They still add tens even hundreds of thousands of dollars to cost of a new condo or house. They continue to avoid the obvious and that is – we have a supply problem.
Dale Swampy, president of the National Coalition of Chiefs and a member of the Samson Cree Nation wants to know why First Nations who support resource development are ignored. The answer isn’t pretty.
Sure it will hurt tax revenues longer term and dozens of charities as well as an array of supporting businesses but that won’t wipe the smiles off the faces of the federal NDP, Green Party and some in the Liberal government.
They can’t wait to tell us how “progressive” they are but can’t tell us what’s progressive about forcing people to wait for medical treatment or tens of billions in unfunded public sector pension liabilities.



Taxpayers Deserve the Whole Story

Lots of public sector contracts are about to be negotiated and the norm is to talk about wages but it’s the benefits that can be the biggest cost. It’s about time taxpayers got the facts – after all they’re paying for it.
