Exhibitors Move-In: Sunday, October 27th at 7am
Exhibitor Set-Up:
7am. As an exhibitor, you must have your exhibit set up and ready by 9:15am on Sunday. The registration will open at 9:30am on Sunday at which point the Exhibit Hall will also be open to the public.
Exhibitor Move-Out: Sunday, October 27 @ 5:30pm
Exhibitor Breakdown:
Exhibitors will not be allowed to dismantle their booths until the official breakdown of the Foyer. The Foyer will then be closed to attendees. Please make arrangements with St. George Show Services to have your items shipped out if you are not taking them with you that evening. (Those details are attached).

Booth Equipment:
Each exhibit booth space will be very clearly marked with the exhibiting companies name upon arrival. Each space includes a 6 foot table and two chairs. If you do not need a table or chairs in your space please let Romella know at your earliest convenience at romella@moneytalks.net otherwise each booth consists of:
• 6 foot table
• Two chairs
• Two exhibitor passes
Power & Connections:
Exhibitors are responsible for securing and covering the cost of power, phone or internet lines to your booth. All requests and orders go to St George Show Services Inc. – CLICK HERE for SHOW SERVICES DETAILS
***Please note: THESE ITEMS NEED TO BE ORDERED IN ADVANCE so that they are set up and ready when you arrive. There will be limited resources onsite to install unordered services. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD SO THAT WE CAN AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AND DISRUPTION DURING SET UP.

How to Make Money in the Currency Markets Agenda:
Accommodation:
We have secured a group rate at the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel which is connected to the Convention Centre. The group rate is $135/night for double occupancy in a standard room. Make sure you let them know you would like to book a room in the Money Talks Conference room block.
Regulations:
While every effort will be made to provide security for exhibitors while at the conference, neither the conference center nor High Performance Communications Inc., will assume responsibility for loss or damaged exhibits or other exhibition property.
Exhibitors must undertake the full responsibility for any damage caused by exhibits to the conference center property. The conference center cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to any articles brought onto the property and they also have no available secure storage for overnight use.
Only one business may be displayed at any exhibit.
All exhibitors must comply with all Fire, Safety, Heat and Health regulations in effect in the City of Calgary.
